I offer both in-person and online sessions. I hold my in-person counselling sessions at The Practice Wellness Studios. This is located on the outskirts of Colchester.

Sandwiched between two fields amidst picturesque rural countryside, The Old Joinery is a unique and evolving space created from industrial container units and the redundant workshops of the building firm Hutton at their site on the B1022 just beyond Heckford Bridge.
The Practice occupies units 1 and 2, a unique and beautifully restored industrial building consisting of two studios for movement and three therapy rooms. This contemporary space envelops you in calm as soon as you arrive, yet is just minutes away from Colchester City Centre.
The Practice has ample free parking. If you require step-free access, please notify me in advance so that I can ensure a ramp is in place to cover the small step at the entrance to the building.

Fees:
Each weekly session lasts for 50 minutes.
£55 per session
£45 for concessions*
When undertaking therapy online, it is essential that you can find a suitable space. This must be a place where you are not going to be disturbed and where you can talk freely. You need to be able to be open and honest to get the most from your sessions.
Holding sessions on a weekly basis is important for building the client-counsellor relationship: It is this relationship that is the key to good and effective therapy. I will only consider fortnightly sessions if I have been working with you for a while and we both consider it appropriate.
* I offer a generously discounted fee for anyone in receipt of Universal Credit, Employment Support Allowance, Carers Allowance or Personal Independence Payment/Disability Living Allowance/Attendance Allowance.
Payment:
I must receive your payment at or before each session. I accept Cash, Credit or Debit cards, PayPal or BACS. Bank details will be provided on request.
Cancellation:
Cancellation must be no later than 24 hours before your booked session. Please call or text 07410947586 if you need to cancel. If you are unable to give the required notice, or do not attend without giving notice, the full fee may be payable.
